Established in 2011, the Early On® Michigan Foundation enhances the supports available to Michigan families of infants and toddlers with special needs. The Foundation operates primarily to provide grants to Early On Michigan programs to support families of eligible young children.

Early On Coalition Recommendation for FY 27
The Early On Coalition recommends increasing funding in Sec. 54d funds by $5 million to $28.7 million. This would help service capacity shortages, support more children with early literacy foundations, and ensure families with eligible babies and toddlers receive the services they need for optimal development.
